Drive a limo, taxi, or a private bus?

Sell Produces via Network Marketing, such as Primerica or Quixtar? Or start your own. What is it that people want? Can you sell it to them?

There are hundreds of services that people will pay for. What are you good at? What do you like to do for fun? What would you like to do for a living? We can help you make this come true. The Public Trust Company could help you do that for a living. As long as it is something that society wants enough to pay for.

The only requirement on jobs is that you make enough money to warrant the company paying for your rent. You invest some of your profit into TC Stock and the rest is yours.

You would be making any amount that you want, depending on what you want to do. Some jobs pay more that others. What can you do better than what is there now? There is no limit to this. No limit to the amount of employees that we can house and hire, or train or make partners, the ski is the limit.

What does the DWC Public Trust Company stand for?

We stand for all of the following...

Public Trust

This is the source of power for the public company. We are all educated adults, and we can work together in a manner that everyone wins. All business is public and open to the value judgment of all share holders. There is no corruption, no dishonesty and no avarices behavior (greed of wealth- an unreasonably strong desire to obtain and keep money). All shareholders are trusted by the public and to held accountable by the public if they are otherwise. All profit is dispersed by means of merit. The harder you work, the more good you do society, the more money you make.

Honor

Honour- is the concept of one's virtues and their status within society. Accordingly, individuals are assigned worth and stature based on a harmony between their own code of honour and that of the society.

Honor is a universal truth that we stand for. It is important that we hold to some true universal values. These are outlined in the Company Code of Conduct.

Honesty

Honesty is the quality of communicating and acting truthful and with fairness, as best one they can, always.

(We are savages without honesty. I have learned that it is always best to tell the truth and to be honest. This is the primary reasons that this company is completely public. When we say we are going to do something publicly, then the public should hold us to it. There is no way to get away with lying to the public in this age of information. We value honesty and we are publicly saying that we are going to help to community. We are not going to take more then we deserve.)

Equality

We believe in equality. This is what we mean by equality:

Material inequality is omnipresent in the current international economy; something must be done to remove it. Since those who enjoy the greatest material wealth are not likely to wish to part with it, some form of coercive mechanism must exist in the transition period before material equality can take its place.

The Public Trust has the working people in mind, and we believe that all working people ought that have the basic standard of living that we all deserve for working. This includes everything that the normal working person would need to live a happy and prosperous life. Housing, healthcare, nutrition, education and leisure time. Once everyone has these basic needs taken care of, then they can work to earn more.

(This is the most fundamental value that is company runs with. We are committed to the most equality possible. This means absolutely no discrimination of any kind. The only differences in pay are because of individual merit, success and hard work. Everyone has the same base pay, which is a basic standard of living.)

Conclusion

This is this something that you are interested in taking part in, please email me now to redeem your free share. There is going to be a Public Trust Statement every week. You can check back here every Monday for the latest postings. You can also sign up on the email list.

So keep in touch and lets make the world a little better, together…

Also, invest now, before the TC Stock price skyrockets…

More to come...

Primerica

Primerica Financial Services
"Help families become debt free and financially independent"

"Knowledge is everything, arm your self with it"

This is a question and answer session about the power of network marketing, and Primerica. Do you know what these are? If you do not, I encourage you to read this Q and A.

What is Primerica?
Primerica is a network marketing company affiliated with CitiGroup.

For the basics and history of Primerica, check out the Wikipedia article HERE.
The following is my interpretation, and the most important impacts and what Primerica has to you with you.

What is network marketing?
"This is something that you need to know about. Consider this the public memo on network marketing companies because you are going to see alot more of these very soon.
Network Marketing is the future of business. Why do you have to go to Wal-Mart when they can come to you. Everything that you need can be delivered to your house.
What do I have to do with Primerica? Why should you care?
Let me tell you what we do.

As our slogan says we help families become debt free. This is true.

What I have learned from working with CitiGroup...

I have to say that out of the 16 jobs that i have had, that Primerica is in the top five. Now i have to be completely honest. So far, I have not made that much money yet. And that is the reason that most people tend to shy away from it.

Network marketing is very powerful. It basically goes something like this. You only do business with people in your network. This includes everyone that you know. With email and online networking groups such as Facebook and MySpace, you have constant contact with most of your network.

The way that it is supposed to work is you take someone that you know trying to sell you something that you need, and not just trying to rip you off. Friends do not recommended stuff like this unless it really worked. Primerica is successful because it really does provide a useful service to people.

I just have to add my personal view of the issues of financial security. CitiGroup is a massive capitalist bank. The biggest bank in the world. Now the reason that they pay commission to people for selling their products is because they make money too.

This is very important: Money can make money for you. However, if you are in debt with the credit card company, then they are making money off of you. It should be the other way around. How would you like it if you could loan them money and get paid for it? That is called investments.

Primerica is a company that has found a way to make money by helping teach families how to make and save money. This is a win-win-win situation, most of the time, if you qualify.

Example: You are a client, the Coon Family (30 year old, husband and wife, 2 kids and two full time incomes, $80,000/yr) that has just closed business with Primerica.

You heard about us from your neighbor who has just finished doing some business with us, she highly recommend that you check it out.

I am the Primerica representative. Because I have been highly recommend my your friend, I stop by for a meeting at your house on a Saturday afternoon.

Your background: You are currently renting a 3 bedroom apartment, $1,000 a month, and with $2,000 in credit card debt. You are interested in owning your own home and investing for retirement and children's graduation. However, you have been having a hard time keeping up with the bills every month.

Myself and Primerica wants to do business with you. Because all 3 of us win.

You win.
It is hard to measure exactly how you much win in numbers because there is a certain amount of chance in the world.
You have a written plan that has started getting you out of debt, you invested in the future of your family's security and you have found that getting the first home is easier then you thought.
I win
As the a Primerica agent, I make moderate commissions. Nothing huge, but I helped a family secure their future. Plus, it was not that hard to do because the stuff sells it self, and I leave you house feeling pretty good, and with a few further references that you have given me. And it keeps on going from there. Oh, and you are invited to join and tap into your network and make some money yourself.
They win
The reason that is works so well is because CitiGroup makes money with your money. Let me explain how this works.

Banks invest money into mutual funds which make about 12% interest. The this is the most that can be made with almost complete security so they don't lose your money.
Rule of 72: Divide 72 by the interest rate, that is how long it take money to double.
In this case it takes 6 years and all money is doubled.

So the more money they have invested, the faster it grows. Banks get money to invest in a couple of different ways. Selling of insurance is one of the top ways that banks can collect money to invest. They take your money and invest it while they cover you with protection if anything happens to you.

There are many types of insurances. People insure anything that is valuable to them. Banks make money on this by spreading out the risk among everyone. What do people insure?

People insure what is valuable them, most common things to insure.

Life, Health, Auto, Home

The first thing that we notice is that the Coon family does not have life insurance. If anything should happen to either of the household money makers, there is nothing that protects them in this fend for you self world that we live in.

We are able to get them a mortgage that not only sets them a house, but also pays off the credit card debt. Now instead of paying $3,000 a month, they are pay $1,500 a month mortgage. We encouraged them the take that extra $1,500 a month that they saved and invest it in to a retirement fund. If the Coon family invests $1,000/m for the next 20 years at 12%, they end up with $978,031.12 on a $240,000 investment. This is what compound interest can do. This is what banks do to make money with your money.

Still, an extra $900,000 won't hurt anybody at retirement. Of course, at the current rate of inflation, you will need $1 million to retire on in 30 years from now.

Conclusion
I have to say that Primerica is a good company. Good for the clients an the agents. If you are not in need of any of the services, but you know somebody that is, come check it out.

I need to tell you the reason that I respect this company so much. I have not had much success yet, even thou I have been with them since September 2006. They have given me something more useful than money, they gave me knowledge. Because when you start working there, they teach you how to run your own business.

They taught me to think for myself. They showed me, proof that I needed to see, that there are other ways to make money in this capitalist world, other than working for someone else. This led me to create my own company. One in which uses network marketing and Primerica. One that also helps families for profit. Except unlike CitiGroup, I am going to share all of the profit with the public.

Please allow me to introduce myself:

My name is David W Coon. I am a

Teacher,

Entrepreneur,

Author,

and Leader.

I am a 5 year student at SUNY Albany.

I am graduating this spring from SUNY Albany with a Sociology major. I will graduate with 130 credits and an average GPA of 3.00 (hopefully). Let me tell you a little bit about what sociology means to me:

I study people and how to make society better. This means helping individuals live happier, healthier lives. Sociologists care about society's standard of living. We also study the political organizations that control a society.

I am currently studying:

Urban Development, the study of city planning.

Environmental Physics, the study of the environment, pollution, and public health.

I have extensive knowledge of many things in this world, I have a great understanding of sociology, psychology, philosophy, math, science, religion, morals, law, crime, geography, demographics, statistics, history, politics, money, God, good, evil, and the universe.
more to come...

I am also the Leader of the DWC Public Trust Company.

This company is completely public; all business records and dealings are public knowledge. The company manages real estate for residential living and commercial services. Our goal is to make the lives of the employees and clients as happy as possible.

Because this is a public company, you are encouraged to take part in it. You can invest in the company’s trust fund, which will be used to buy stocks in other public companies. You can also enjoy any of the services that our company offers. These include transportation, rental, hotels, deliveries, and more.

You are also invited to join the team. All employees get free housing and their basic needs taken care of. Income is based on how much money you make doing your job on a team of individuals who benefit from company profit. If you are a hard working person, who can problem solve and work on a team, and you are not making enough money at your current job, this company may be right for you. We will be expanding into your area soon.

I have ADD (attention deficit disorder), and I take a healthy dose of narcotics every day to combat this 'problem.' Commonly known as Ritalin, these drugs give me tremendous energy to work, write, and make the world better.

So if my writing jumps around a lot, which I am sure it does, it could have something to do with that.

I have a mission in life.

"My mission is to leave this world better than I found it."

This is the driving force that I am harnessing to build the Public Trust. I am fighting for you.

I am the Chief Executive Manager of DWC Public Trust Company and the majority shareholder of the Public Trust partnership.

(Originally published on October 26, 2006)

Chapter 18: Education, School, Life Experience and Work

This book is about everything that school has taught me. I went to school for 17 years, including 5 years at SUNY Albany.

This is what school has taught me:

- Always be honest and fair.

- Always do the best you can.

- Communicate your ideas with others in a clear manner.

- Do everything completely the first time. Pay attention to every detail. Try to get A+ or %100

- To assimilate into the capitalist system.

- To show empathy towards others, including classmates.

- To take my time.

- To accept constructive criticism.

- To talk and behave in a civilized way.

- To always be polite and to respect other people.

All of these ideas are the basis of this book.

These are the principles that my business will follow. This project is a living testimony of the purpose of schools in society. I would be in a very different place if I had not gone to school. I would not have learned about capitalism and revolutionary writers, from whom I have learned so much.

I have finally graduated from school. Even though I do not officially graduate until the spring, I have graduated in my mind and spirit. I was planning on continuing on to graduate school, but will all the debt I have now and the kinds of jobs that I want, working for myself and starting my own business is what I want to do right now. I admit that I have a lot more to learn, and I pledge to continue learning as much as I can every day until I cannot do it anymore, for learning is crucial to success. I am also committed to graduating in the spring, and am very excited about many of the classes that I taking now. There are also a few more college courses that I want to take in the spring semester, such as chemistry and philosophy. The nice thing about school now is that my grade point average does not matter, which is the way I’ve always thought about school. I am going to college to learn what I want to learn. I take what I want from every class that I take. If I did not want to be there, then I would go. I want to learn, I want to gain knowledge of different parts of the world. This is why I went to college. Now I am ready to take all this knowledge of the world and apply it as I see fit. I want to make a difference in the world, and that is what I am going to do.

In addition to my academics, I worked at 15 different wage jobs since I was 15 years old. I have 7 years of well-rounded job experience in many different fields. These are all the wage jobs that I have had in that time:

1. Hall of Springs, catering service, 1999. I was a dishwasher and handyman. This company would cater out, and my job was to wash the dishes that they trucked home. This was my first real job. $5.15/hr

2. Maestros’, summer ‘99-summer 2000. Dishwashing for a fancy restaurant on Broadway. I worked at this job for a year and a half. $6/hr

3. CVS, CVS Phototech, pharmacy, summer 2000-spring 2002 I worked at CVS in all departments: cashiering, stocking, facing, photo lab, and pharmacy. I did it for almost 2 years. $6/hr

4. Babbage’s, fall 2001- spring 2002. While in high school, this was my dream job. I was a game advisor for my favorite video game store. I got to talk about videogames all day, and I got a killer discount. $5.50/hr

5. Gecone’s pizza delivery, 3 weeks during the summer of 2001. My first pizza delivery job. Unfortunately, I was not very good at it. I was just too young, and I could not find the houses quickly enough. $5/hr plus tips

6. Bavarian Pretzels, one week 2001. It was good while it lasted, not enough time.

7. Private landscaping and handyman services, summer 2003. This summer, I worked for a wealthy dentist as a landscaper and repairperson. I got to work with my good friend Will Deptolski all summer. We got paid a cool $7/hr.

8. Regal Entertainment Group, June 2004-July 2005. This was my first collision with the corporate world. Regal is a massive corporate machine with a sickening case of capitalist fever. This company applied all forms of maximizing profits in the book. I learned much about the ways corporations operate while interacting with employees. This job was not all bad; I got to see every movie for free. $6.50/hr

9. Stewarts, July 2005-January 2006. I busted my ass for this job. This job really taught me independence. I was completely responsible for the welfare of the store. Paid $7/hr

10. Trio’s pizza delivery, February 2006. Job shifts were 5 pm -5 am. Paid $4/hr, plus tips, average $13 an hour. I had to use my own car and gas, and there are some scary parts of Albany. I worked this job because I had failed at it before, this time I was so much better. There really is not anything that I cannot do.

11. Babbage’s again, Summer 2006 This time under new corporate ownership, the job was a lot harder. At this point, I was able to do anything. It was not long before I was being called the best Game Advisor in the store. $6.75/hr, plus free games.

12. Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, Summer 2006. This was the first franchise business that I worked for. The owner lived in Long Island, and he drove up once a month to work at the store on the weekends. This owner rolled and sold Pretzels once a month and made almost $10,000 a year. Most of the store’s surplus profits when to the store manager, and the rest to the employees. The owner, despite only working one weekend a month, made $10,000. This taught me a lot about ownership and employees. The working conditions were relaxed, though sometimes busy. $7/hr.

13. Paint Works: Painting and restoring houses in Saratoga. Summer 2006. I worked for Paint Works, a painting company owned and operated by Roland. He taught me how to restore houses. This was one of the most educational jobs I ever had. I am going to use these skills in all the houses that I buy.

14. Private Lawn Service, Summer 2006: Mowing lawns and yard care. Also painting and staining decks, stump removal, and wood working.

15. Primerica

16. Carpentry, (Summer '06 - present) I make and sell Adirondack Furniture. I will have a site for that soon. Some of you may have seen some of my work already.

17. Chief EM of DWC Public Trust Company

Other Work Experience

I have apprenticed on many different job sites. I have worked with home electrical work, dry way, indoor and outdoor painting, pool care, limited automotive repair, gardening, logging, firewood prep, and other general construction sites.

I have also worked for many people, providing many services.

In high school, I worked a few weekends for a schoolteacher of mine, Mr. Leighton as a handyman. Mr. Leighton also wrote me a recommendation for college. He owned two beautiful houses in Saratoga, one that his family lived in and another that had five apartments. I helped him paint and do other tasks around the house. He made a decent living from doing this and being a schoolteacher. This is the kind of thing that I want to be doing.

All these jobs gave me the perspective of all these different employers. Now I am ready to be the employer.

I will combine this with knowledge from school:

Studying groups (sociology),

Studying individual people (psychology),

Studying morals in the world (philosophy),

And, of course, math.

I have used the ideas learned from the last 5 years of school to write this book. Now I am going to put these ideas into practice.

I also want to do something that I can help people with as much as I can. I want to make a living doing something I want to do. I want to succeed and I want to make a difference.

Let me tell you one more thing. This business is going to be progressive. The world is always changing. Times are different now than they were 40 years ago, and they are going to be very different 40 years from now, in 2047 (I will be 62 years old). I think that someone should put together a new plan for how to run things better. And if nobody else is going to do it, then it might as well be me. Like it or not, it is going to be my generation that is going to run things for the next 40 years. As a society, we always want to progress in a way that benefits the most people, right?

More to come........

First Public Speech

Statement of Public Trust

Wednesday, January 24, 2007

I want to thank you for talking the time to watch this short eVideo.

The Public Trust is Proud to give you the first video Public Statement.

We do not have video equipment yet, so in the mean time, please listen to the audio speech of David W Coon, Majority Share Holder of the DWC Public Trust Company.

Fellow-Citizens of the Senate and the House of Representatives:

This is the opening line of George Washington’s First State of the Union Address, January 8, year 1790.

“I embrace with great satisfaction the opportunity which now presents itself of congratulating you on the present favorable prospects of our public affairs.”

“Among the many interesting objects which will engage your attention,

that of providing for the common defense will merit particular regard.

To be prepared for war is one of the most effectual means of preserving peace.

A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is needed;

and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent on others for essentials, particularly military supplies.”

Please allow me to introduce myself. I am David W Coon. I am the Chief EM and the Majority Shareholder of the DWC Public Trust Company (TC Stock)

and the Founder of the Public Trust Partnership

DWC Public Trust Company and the majority shareholder of the Public Trust Partnership (PTP)

Start….

After President George W Bush’s State of the Union Address the other night,

It poised me to read George Washington’s first state of the union address.

It is tradition that the president make a statement before the Union every year in January about the prospects of our public affairs.

It is interesting that George Washington was talking about providing for the common defense and being able to defend ourselves from war,

and here we are 217 years later, still talking about war.

It on that note, that I am proud to give to you the first pubic video statement.

(The DWC Public Trust Company (TC Stock) is a completely public company.

The company is going to make Video Statement at frequent intervals on the prospects of our public affairs….)

I am proud to announce that the DWC Public Trust Company has officially gone public.

I am also very proud to declare the founding of the Public Trust Partnership

There are 2 Different organizations

The DWC Public Trust Company and the Public Trust Partnership

The DWC Public Trust Company (TC Stock) is a completely public holding company that focuses on real-estate management. All of our real estate, whether you are renting, or purchasing, is "100% satisfaction guaranteed under the PTP, (the Public Trust Partnership)". We hold all of out property to the highest standard of living that we could expect for ourselves.

The PTP (Public Trust Partnership) is an organization of working people effectively working together for the good of the majority. My Company is the first member. All members must agree to the Public Trust Code of Honor before becoming a member of the partnership.

The Code of honor consists of four universal truths….

1 Public Trust 2 Honor 3 Honesty and 4 Equality

Allow me to explain these in further detail

1. Public Trust

This is the source of power for working people. We are all educated adults, and we can work together in a manner that everyone wins. All partnership business practice are public and open to the review of all shareholders. This system of Public Trust, gives us, the working people a very effective means of controlling our state of public affairs. With Public Trust there is no corruption, no dishonesty and no avarices behavior (greed of wealth- an unreasonably strong desire to obtain and keep money). All shareholders are trusted by the public and to held accountable by the public if they are otherwise. All profit is dispersed by means of merit. The harder you work, the more good you do society, the more money you make.

2. Honor

All partnership members pledge to always conduct business in an honorable fashion,

3. Honesty

Honesty is the quality of communicating and acting truthful and with fairness, as best one they can, always.

(We are savages without honesty. I have learned that it is always best to tell the truth and to be honest. This is the primary reasons that all business activity is completely public. With nothing to hide, because we are all following the laws set forth in the US Constitution, all business record are public. There is no fraud, no embezzling, no stealing. All salaries and earnings are public knowledge. There is no way to get away with lying to the public in this age of information. We value honesty and we are publicly saying that we are going to help to community. We are not going to take more then we deserve.)

The Public Trust has the working people in mind, and we believe that all working people ought that have the basic standard of living that we all deserve for working and contribution to society. This includes everything that the normal working person would need to live a happy and prosperous life. All working people are entitled to a safe and sanitary home. A home includes Housing, healthcare, nutrition, education and leisure time.

Everyone deserves equal opportunity

(To celebrate the creation of DWC Public Trust Company

And the Founding of the Public Trust Partnership )

(Individuals make up society

Societies make up the world’s population

1 individual can make a difference

1 People can change the world

I bring to a close this first Public Trust Video Statement with

President George W Bush’s Closing statement at the State of the Union Address Tuesday, January 23, 2007

(Bush)

In such courage and compassion, ladies and gentlemen, we see the spirit and character of America -- and these qualities are not in short supply. This is a decent and honorable country -- and resilient, too. We've been through a lot together. We've met challenges and faced dangers, and we know that more lie ahead. Yet we can go forward with confidence -- because the State of our Union is strong, our cause in the world is right, and tonight that cause goes on.

God bless.

(Applause.)

Reminder, invest now, before the TC Stock price skyrockets…
